I am very into self portraits. Every time I shoot one picture of myself, I use to ask: what does represent me? what does represent me is as I want the others to see me? To answer these two questions with different ages or in different seasons of the year, makes me think about myself and it helps me to know me better. I am always certain about who I am or where do I want to go, maybe it is because of these moments of meditation that film photography demands of me. Claudina Diego
Me gustan mucho los autorretratos. Cada vez que me hago una foto me pregunto: ¿qué es lo que me representa? ¿Aquello que me representa es lo que quiero que los demás vean de mí? Dar respuesta a esas preguntas con diferentes edades o en diferentes estaciones del año me hace reflexionar sobre mí misma y me ayuda a conocerme mejor. Tengo siempre la seguridad de saber quién soy y a dónde quiero ir; tal vez sea por estos momentos de meditación que me exige la fotografía analógica. Claudina Diego
